1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to House of Mix. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and House of Mix ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

House of Mix is a comprehensive DJ platform that provides:

• Access to a curated library of DJ music and tracks
• Music streaming and download capabilities
• DJ tools and equipment marketplace
• Educational resources and tutorials

• Subscription-based premium content

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth
• Facebook OAuth

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic features
• Premium Plan: Full access to all content and features

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal and GCash
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly)
• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or PayPal. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 User-Generated Content

You may upload or submit content to our platform ("User Content"). By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Services (bots, scrapers)
• Share your account credentials with others
• Distribute copyrighted content without permission
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content provided on House of Mix, including but not limited to music tracks, software, graphics, logos, text, and design (the "Platform Content"), is owned by House of Mix or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Reselling or commercially exploiting Platform Content
• Copying or downloading content (except as permitted)
• Removing copyright or proprietary notices
• Creating derivative works

6.3 Music Licensing

Music downloads and usage are subject to additional licensing terms. Premium subscribers may download music for personal DJ use only. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreements.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Content Accuracy

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Services. Any reliance on such content is at your own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSE OF MIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from errors, viruses, or service interruptions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of Mix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Informal Resolution

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

12. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and House of Mix regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
